1) Send us by email, your ... Logos/text/photos and colour ideas
2) We will create a professional design and send you proofs to check ..
3) You need to check the proofs and send back any required changes or confirmation to print ..
4) Only when we recieve confirmation to print, will we commence printing and let you know the delivery date

Print Ready Artwork Clients
You can send us your artwork but all artwork files must be print ready...
We do offer a file check service which will incur an extra cost, we can quote on a file check, upon request
File Types
PDF, JPG are prefered as print ready files - Other file types will incur a setup cost
Colour Code - CYMK
Resolution - A minimum of 300dpi at the original image (product) size
Fonts - Must be fully embedded or curved.
Formatting the layout
Apply 2 mm bleed to the entire perimeter, the important information must be at least 4 mm apart

With customer supplied artwork, we cannot be held responsible for any any formatting
printing errors, as we did not design the artwork...
Other important notes:
We do not correct misspellings and syntax
We do not correct overprint or colour settings
Once we receive your agreed artwork and your confirmation to print, we will commence printing and
from that point we cannot reverse the operation as the order will be planned into production
